Cancha is a corn kernel (not a corn nut) that is roasted then seasoned with salt. You will find these on the tables of Peruvian restaurants and in homes. This is a great snack for guests and for yourself while working or binge watching your favorite show along with eating one of our guacamoles. These corn kernels pop on the inside and becomes crunchy and "will not hurt your teeth". Think of the American corn kernels at the bottom of the bag and when you bite into them they will hurt your teeth, these will not....more flavors to come.
